feat: integrate work utilities as submodule at ~/.work
...
Move work utilities to cleaner location at ~/.work instead of
.bash_aliases/hosts/work for better organization.
Work utilities include:
- init.sh: Single entry point for all modules
- config.sh: Company-specific environment configuration
- modules/: Bash utilities (gitlab, jira, k8s, tenant-manager, dev)
- bin/: Executable scripts (future)
Source with: source ~/.work/init.sh
